My daughter is living in our townhouse in Wheat Ridge and she is looking for a roommate. She is 22, going 23 years old. She has two cats so it would be prefered if you didn't have any pets, but this is negotable. She has two jobs, she works over 40 hours a week, so you may not see much of her. The ideal roommate would be a female, at least 21, preferebly not older than 30, but this is negotable. You will have your own bedroom and your own bathroom. You will also have your own balcony, but there is a shared storage shed on the balcony, so she may need to access it once in a while. The entire house is fully furnished, except for your bedroom. Washer and dryer is on-site. All utilities are split 50/50. There is plenty of parking. Close to shopping and walking trails.
