This is a ground floor, duplex style, two bedroom, ground floor style apartment. It's close to Wadsworth and 32nd Avenue in Wheat Ridge. The bedroom is huge and has plenty of room for your furniture and any appliances. There are lots of closet space.

There's laundry and storage facilities on the property premises, which are also ground floor and a short stroll down to the sidewalk to access. The apartment has central air and heat. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Low crime/traffic area.

The neighbors are quiet and easy to get along with.

You must bring your own furniture and TV. There's a lot of room in the bedroom, so if you have a lot of furniture and appliances this bedroom will be perfect for you!

The realty company will require you to apply and complete a background check (including criminal and credit background check) before you would be allowed to move in. You are required to come on the lease.

Caged pets are fine.

I will also consider a cat if it's a hypoallergenic breed.

However, the realty company would charge a $300 pet deposit and $35.00 per month pet rent, which you would be responsible for paying.

However, if you have a letter from your doctor stating this is an emotional support animal, the realty company will waive the pet deposit and rent.

All utilities are included in the rent, except a small contribution to lights and gas.
