Room In Westminster

Hello, My name is Caleb, I am going into the second year of my Masters at CU Boulder. I am currently looking for a roommate for my two bedroom apartment in Westminster. The apartment is in the Windsor Westminster apartment complex. The complex has a gym and a pool. The apartment has one shared bathroom that is spacious, an open floor plan kitchen/dining room/living room, and a balcony. There is an in unit washer and dryer as well as air conditioning and heating. The empty bedroom is the larger of the two and features a walk in closet. The apartment is furnished, and the empty bedroom has a queen bed with drawers under the bed. I have two cats so no more pets allowed as per the complex’s rules. Storage is shared equally.

About me, as I said, I am currently a master’s student at CU Boulder. I am quite, clean, and friendly. I tend to get up really early in the morning on the weekdays. I enjoy gaming, reading, writing, hiking, watching tv, crocheting. I am looking for a roommate who is also clean, not too loud, and friendly. I am queer so a queer friendly roommate is a must.

The lease begins on June 1st and will go until May 31st 2027

Rent is $950/month for the larger room $850/month for the smaller room.
