Renting large basement bedroom with 2 windows (1 large), walk in closet, queen bed, built-in office and ent center ($1000/month). Upstairs furnished bedroom, vaulted ceiling, bamboo floors, walk in closet, queen bed ($900/ month). Pet option only dogs and in basement bedroom. Opt to rent office with walk in closet for additional $500/month. Bathroom shared with 20yo son til mid August when he moves out. Will potentially get a 2nd renter after that, but will ensure that it's an acceptable fit for 1st renter.
