Room:
- 11.5’x10’ with a built-in corner desk/counter-height surface. Monitors/Chair to use if you like.
- South-facing Window, Double-wide closet, In-room Ethernet, House Wi-Fi
- Full Bathroom is directly across the hall. Currently no other roommates, so this bathroom would be all yours for the time-being
- $800 deposit

Part-time Live-in Owners:
- One of which (a professional) is present about 35% of the time
- The other about 5%, but does come periodically with a gentle, mid-sized dog
- A fluffy cat lives here part-time, too

House:
- Single-story 3bd/2ba Ranch home near 100th and Wadsworth
- Living Room with 70" TV, Apple TV, and Bose Audio
- Comcast Internet
- Secluded Backyard deck on a hill with view of mountains
- Grapevines, pond, and garden space in backyard
- Backyard Chicken coop (currently empty, subject to change)

Roommate(s) responsible for the following Monthly Utility Costs:
- Xcel Energy: Anything above a bill of $55/month
- Comcast Internet: $56/month
- Water: Anything above a bill of $50/month
- Trash: $0 (Landlord to cover)
