OH, THE POSSIBILITIES!

I am looking for a roommate to rent a huge one-bedroom living space with a private bathroom and separate 'living room' in my 4-bedroom house. The bedroom space is furnished, with a queen-size sleigh bed, nightstand and dresser. The 'large living room' is furnished with a reclining chair and a half, and small couch and loveseat (which have just been cleaned). There is a private bathroom. The rooms are freshly painted, and the carpets were just cleaned. There is plenty of room for storage and to stretch out. Pictures can be deceiving, so for reference, the large room is approximately 11 feet x 28 feet and the smaller room is approximately 9 feet x 12 feet. There is a small closet space in the smaller room, and the larger room has a dedicated closet under the stairs. The rooms can be configured to your liking once a lease agreement is executed.

The rest of the house would be shared including the kitchen, living room, back yard patio, and washer and dryer. Utilities are included. The house backs to a small park with a playground and is close to trails and public transportation. There is plenty of street parking out front.

Well behaved dogs are welcome to join my two-year-old Giant Schnauzer, (she is about 80 pounds).

A little about who you would be sharing the house with:
I have another male housemate who is in his 30's, quirt and respectful. He rents two connected bedrooms on the second floor of the house and is a nursing student.

I am an active 60-ish female. I am quiet, no drama, keep to myself for the most part, (although, I don't mind being social). I'm an early to bed, early to rise. I ride my bicycle most weekends in the summer (and when it's warm enough) and take my dog for long walks. I am a 'professional' and I work a hybrid, Monday to Friday 7:00 to 3:30 work schedule. I work from home 2 days a week.

I would prefer a professional between 25 and 99, preferably female, (but open a male in the right circumstance) to share the house with.
