Basement living room

Private room is located in the basement. The basement includes own extra “living room size space”. This space will still be open for myself to enter as I have a tool closet and shared laundry room is located in the basement as well. I also am open to a cat in this space. No other animals allowed.

Only furniture provided is the “living room space” there is a 3 person recliner couch, coffee table, tv stan and a flat screen.

The property also has a private backyard and a general living room as well. The living room is shared access.

My name is Tyler and I am the owner. I am a mix of introvert and extrovert so sometimes I’ll be at home other times I’ll be out. I also work a few days in office per week which requires me to be up around 5:30. The rest of the week I work from home at 7 am. I am usually in bed around 9. I also have a Husky named Timber who will be on the main floor during the day.
