Hello! I have a guest room in my house, fully furnished, that I would like to rent out short term (possible to become long term). It will be available in January. I work from home so am around a lot. Ideally, I'd like to find someone that is not around a lot. :) I have a dog, but am not looking to add any pets to the house. There is a huge yard and huge driveway. All utilities included. Thanks!
