1-2 rooms for rent in nice neighborhood 5 minutes west of Downtown Littleton.

Shared living area on main floor includes quiet living and dining room, then Kitchen and Eating table with washer and dryer closet, then Family room with TV. There is a hall 1/2 bath. Out back is a large semi covered patio and then backyard where you nearly can't see the neighbors

In addition on the main floor is a 5th bedroom that could be rented as an office or private family room or den.

Living quarters are upstairs, there are 4 seperate bedrooms, we are looking to rent out 2 of them.

Upstairs there is a hall bath with tub/shower, toilet and 2 sink vanity to be shared between 3 bedrooms, I will use the master bath.

It will be myself and my child about the half time. So looking for housemates that can respect quiet hours from 10pm to 6am.

We have 2 dogs, so must be dog friendly. Can gate in family room if needed.

If you are a couple, please inquire for rates. I also may be willing to provide large master bedroom instead.
