Bedroom in a quiet house on a quiet street in Littleton is now available for rent at $1,300/month, long-term agreement. (Utilities included in rent.) Walking distance to parks, pool, grocery, restaurants.

We seek a quiet person who also enjoys music to stay in a first floor bedroom with its own window AC. Bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, garage storage, sunroom and patio are all shared spaces.

We are Jan and Kevin, a retired married couple enjoying our travels. We bought this cute house in 2019 and have created a wonderful, safe space, with beautiful gardens and a mural-painted fence. However, we now own a house in Mexico and are planning long trips to Asia and elsewhere, so we want to rent a bedroom to someone seeking a stable and quiet place for a potential long term residency. When we do make occasional visits, we stay in the master bedroom and share use of the kitchen.

Our friend Tom, a fellow retiree, lives quietly in the basement apartment and has converted the sunroom into a space for weekly music, drumming, and meditation events he hosts. He gets 7-12 people at those gatherings. He is an avid gardener who grows lots of veggies to share. He manages the property for us. You are welcome to join in the events if you wish; the only requirement of you is to keep the common spaces clean for our guests.
