No pets. No smoking inside. Must be extra clean and tidy and clean up after yourself in the common areas. There is an application, credit check, and income verification through Rent Prep (Stessa) or Turbo Tenant ($45 reimbursed at time of move in). Also may have to consent to a background check (Owner will pay for it). No storage is provided except in the rented room. There is plenty of street parking and 72 hour parking spots (first come basis)
