4 rooms for rent in 5 bedroom home

Hello, I am renting out 4 bedrooms in my 5 bedroom house. The house is located in Littleton, CO. It is a 2400 sq. ft with a balcony and walk out basement.

Rent ranges from $900-$1000 per room. Rental price includes all utilities (i. e., water, electric, internet, etc).
2 rooms for rent are located on the main floor and share a bathroom with the master suite. Each room has its own closet.

2 more rooms for rent in the basement and share a bathroom as well. These rooms have plenty of privacy and both have closets. These rooms are bigger then upstairs bedrooms.

A little bit about me. I am a 23 year old male and the owner of this home. I am planning to do graduate school soon in the Denver area. I’m a clean person who wants clean roommates as well. I spend majority of my free times out in nature, at coffee shops, with friends, or at Church. Hope to find people who are similar in those interest.
