Location: Green Mountain neighborhood in Lakewood, CO. Easy access to th and other major interstates, ½ mile to Red Rocks Community College and Green Mountain trails for hiking. A short walk to multiple parks and restaurants, as well as St. Anthony’s Hospital off Union Blvd.

Access to plates, bowls, utensils, and kitchen appliances (air fryer, blender, rice cooker, etc.)

Vaulted ceiling and skylight for ample natural light

Seasonal pool access, balcony, and ample offstreet parking available

Semiprivate bathroom (all storage and shower access in that bathroom is yours, but guests may occasionally use that bathroom)

**Please note: While there is plenty of storage for your other belongings and kitchen supplies, I do not have space for large furniture, with the exception of some shelving or things of that nature
