Looking for a roommate to take an extra bedroom with your own bathroom right across the hall. The room will be unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment will be furnished. I just signed the lease for this place and am moving in September 28th, so that's when this room will be available. Minimum stay of 3 months, up to a year though if we click.

The unit has vaulted ceilings, though the virtual tour does not show them for this exact floorplan. I attached a picture of another floorplans ceilings that will be in the unit. There also should not be carpet in the living room on the actual unit.
The unit does not have a washer/dryer, but there is a laundry room downstairs so you don't have to leave the building to get to it. Very accessible.

No additional pets. Sorry. I have a mini schnauzer and she does not like other animals. She is very sweet and chill.

I am 31, so the ideal roommate would be 25-40. I am a software developer and WFH 4 days/week. I am clean and quiet and respectful. I am a bit of a homebody, so I will be in the apartment a majority of the time. I go to bed at midnight so would prefer someone on a similar schedule. I am a big gamer so most nights I will be on the couch playing PS5, quietly and with headphones on of course. I would be happy to put your gaming setup in the living room as well!
