Room for rent! $800/month bedroom with attached private bathroom in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment located near Green Mountain in Lakewood. Gas/electric and internet are extra, trash/sewer/water included in rent. One year lease would start October 1st, 2026.

The bedroom is about 12’x10’, and the main unit is ~1000 square feet total with an in-unit washer and dryer, a wood-burning fireplace, and a balcony. The living room and the kitchen both have plenty of space, and the kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, and fridge. There is some living room furniture in the unit, but some of it might be leaving and we can definitely make space for your own furniture. The bedroom will be unfurnished/empty.

This unit on the second floor of a two-story building with four total units, so there are some shared walls with one unit but no one else above us. There is both on-and off-street parking available!

This is a great location for anyone who wants to easily access both Denver and the mountains, as it is super easy to hop on 6th. There are also light rail and bus stations nearby. There’s a lot of stores and restaurants in the area. You can also walk to trails on Green Mountain from the unit!

Pets are very welcome, with a pet deposit and rent; there are currently no pets here, although there have been cats and a dog in the past.

Hi, I’m Kinsey! My current roommate is moving out when our lease ends at the end of September to live with their partner and I am hoping to find a new roomie to share this spot with for another year.

I’m 26 and work as a conservation biologist. I have a hybrid work schedule so I am sometimes in the office and sometimes working from home. In the summer, I may be gone for a few nights a week on camping trips (if I take a few days to reply to your message, this is also probably why). In my free time I enjoy hiking, birding, wildlife photography, art, reading, writing, watching shows and movies, and playing TTRPGs!

As a roommate I am quiet and clean; I like to keep things tidy both in my room and the shared areas. I’m relatively introverted so I don’t have guests over very often, and I am definitely not a party person (also not a drinker or smoker). I’m looking for someone else who is easygoing, clean, and looking for a quiet home to relax in. I am happy to hang out with roommates for movie nights etc. or leave you to your own devices!
