I have a 2 bed/2.5 bath townhome near Green Mountain in Lakewood.
- Top floor bedroom with morning sun
- House is furnished, except the bedroom. Basic furnishings (queen mattress, lamp, bureau, desk) available if interested.
- Recently remodeled kitchen and bathroom
- Lots of storage space and washer/dryer
- House is all-electric with induction stove, and I have a community solar subscription
- Just down the road from Green Mountain trails for running & hiking
- No smoking of any kind inside I'm sensitive to smells. Edibles are fine, though.
- Very easy going dog/cat considered on a case-by-case basis, as I have an elderly dog-selective Aussie shepherd mix, Anya.

I'm queer, polyamorous, introverted, and I like being active. I work from home in the basement, and I am around the house most of the time right now due to my dog's limited mobility.

I typically like to do a 6-month lease to start (not to long, not to short), and then if it's a good fit, I'm happy to sign another 6 or 12 months from there (or if you're looking for month-to-month, happy to discuss). Available now.
