Looking for a roommate to split my a 2 bed/2.5 bath townhome near Green Mountain in Lakewood!
- Top floor bedroom with morning sun
- House is furnished, except the bedroom. Basic furnishings (queen mattress, lamp, bureau, desk) available if interested.
- Recently remodeled kitchen and bathroom
- Lots of storage space and washer/dryer
- House is all-electric with induction stove, and I have a community solar subscription
- Just down the road from Green Mountain trails for running & hiking
- No smoking of any kind inside please as I'm sensitive to smells.
- Very easy going dog/cat considered on a case-by-case basis, as I have an elderly dog-selective Aussie shepherd mix, Anya.

Flexible on lease term. I'm looking for someone long-term, so 6 to 12 months would be my preference, but happy to discuss.

To re-iterate all costs:
$38 background check (all your personal info goes through them)
$1000/month lease + 1/2 internet, gas, and electric (water and trash included)
$500 refundable deposit on signing
