Spacious Duplex in Lakewood, Main floor bedroom

Front of house. This is half of a duplex.

We are two relatively introverted professionals from Louisiana seeking to replace a roommate who has moved out.

Rent is 825 a month, and utilities will likely be around 100 a month on top of this. We have Google Fiber and Xcel Energy, as well as gas, water, and trash.

Comes with one covered garage, and we'd be willing to let you have full use of it. Very spacious back yard with a small vegetable garden and a covered patio. There is a small living room upstairs and a huge one downstairs, half of which we have sectioned off for you to use if you'd like. We also have a washer and dryer.

-Smoking and wee is fine but OUTDOORS ONLY. Please no illicit substances.

-We have two cats. Ideal roommate would have no pets but we can maybe accept a small dog or cat.

-We keep the place moderately clean (6/10 maybe?) and would prefer someone who picks up after themselves and puts their dishes in the dishwasher.

-One of the residents works an IT job from home and may be using the shared living areas while in meetings/calls. You don't have to give them complete privacy; just try to avoid saying anything inappropriate around them while working.
