Pam and Jims' Apartment

My wife, Pam, and I are senior Christians who live in the separate upper level of our home. We call our home the “Ark” because we want the tenants to feel safe and have the opportunity, if desired, for some community spirit in our home. The furnished relatively new apartment is located in a safe, quiet, peaceful area, Green Mountain in Lakewood, close to the foothills, hiking trails, Red Rocks amphitheater, interstate highways, and shopping! Spectacular Sunrises! We have private street entry into a very relaxing patio area that also includes ping-pong. The walkout lower-level living space is almost 1,000 square feet and consists of two furnished bedrooms, with excellent beds, a furnished living room and dining room, a kitchen and laundry area, and one bathroom. All utilities and internet and fitness center membership are provided for free. Couples are only considered if they rent both rooms. No pets unless approved by landlord. No smoking or drugs.
