Hey everyone! I'm looking for a clean and tidy roommate to fill the spare room in my townhome. The spare room is the master, has its own ceiling fan, portable AC unit and is right next to the bathroom for more privacy.

Ideally, I'd like my roommate to be of a similar age (30) and can be male or female. I'm starting with month to month for the lease, but would like someone to stay somewhat long term (1 or 2 years), no worries if it's not possible.

The house has everything you need including AC, washer and dryer, free parking, oven, dishwasher, and stovetop.

I enjoy skiing, fly fishing, hiking, and occasional nights out. I hardly ever being people over and enjoy a quieter household, but sometimes do have people over and would like the same with a roommate.
