Small room, great house

Living room

I have a small (12x12) room with a detached, full private bath, walk in closet for rent. Bed frame (Queen or Cal King, though they are pretty big for the room) and small set of drawers are available for use if you would like.

There is covered parking for the tenant and street parking for guests.

Common areas are free use, as well as home gym equipment, office (including scanner/printer), full sized washer and dryer on premises. Utilities are included but if there is a major spike in usage, I will ask you to contribute.

I am disabled, so unemployed, and live with one short-haired cat. I love DIY, a wide variety of maker-style projects, games (table top and video), music and photography (I have a studio in the basement for both), and am hoping to find someone that can be company on occasion, not just a tenant.

I need someone who is relatively quiet and doesn't bring people over all the time. Friends/significant others on occasion is fine, but I like to keep things calm and low key.

I live in a quiet, 2 story town home in a safe neighborhood, close to grocery stores, light rail, and other useful facilities, and not far from Bel Mar Shopping Center.
