Clean and bright upper floor rooms in a 3 bedroom house for rent in Lakewood, CO area. We're a queer household (a couple) looking for friendly roommates to share our home with; we're fairly quiet folk, not hard partying youngblood. These rooms are perfect for students, individuals with out of the house jobs, or an individual or couple who are looking for a bedroom and office combination!

First room is at the end of a short hallway, and measures 11 by 11 with an 8 foot ceiling. Three windows make the room bright and cozy, and the room has a closet with a sliding door. Second room is in the same hallway and shares a wall with first room, two windows and a closet. Measures 10 by 10.

The house has 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs full bath with tub, 1 downstairs 3/4 bath with standing shower), and shared laundry (washer/dryer/mudroom set up) on the lower level; while the upstairs bath is shared, we'd be happy to make the downstairs bath your private bath if desired. We have a full kitchen, and tenants will have their own food storage and fridge shelf (if desired; house meals are also an option).

Shared common spaces include a lower-level sitting/gaming room, an upper level living room, a sunroom slash crafting/hobby area, and a dining room with a full seats-up-to-6 table (also perfect for board games, which we love). The basement consists of two dedicated offices (fiance and I both work from home), storage areas, and a shared household pantry.

Property has a fenced in back yard with a patio and chairs, 2 grills (1 propane, 1 charcoal), and a smoker. Shed for tools and some storage also available, as well as gardening space. Front yard is unfenced and is street-side, and our neighbors are largely friendly and welcoming!

Garage space for 1 car (not truck) is negotiable for a small additional fee of $30. Driveway or streetside parking available.

Rent for these rooms is $725/$700, or both rooms for $1350 per month, with most utilities included in that cost (heat/water/trash/wifi)! Security deposit of $150 required, returnable on move-out dependent on conditions of space. No application fee!

We do have house pets-- 2 cats, 1 dog-- so additional animals may be a discussion point. Not a hard no, but requires some consideration! If another animal is approved, landlord may require a small pet deposit ($100 for cat, or $75 for dog).

Property is 10 minutes away from Bear Valley King Soopers, with city bus stops nearby, and close to the main stretch of Wadsworth Blvd.

We would expect housemates to help out with some routine maintenance (indoor cleaning, keeping your spaces clean, and seasonal items like raking and shoveling). 3, 6, and 12 month lease all available!
