This is a shared home, so I'm looking for someone who is clean, responsible, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces and everyone's privacy.
• This is a single-occupancy rental. Occasional overnight guests are permitted, but regular overnight visitors are not.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home. Outdoor smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area.
• No pets.
• Shared areas should be left clean and orderly after use.
• Renter's insurance is required.
