Gay Couple looking to rent spare bedroom

I own and live in the home with my husband, both gay males, and we'd prefer another gay/bi/queer male as well. Both of us enjoy being around the house in either underwear or nothing, which is an arrangement we have with our current roommate and would like to continue with someone new! We also would prefer to have someone on the sexually progressive side. We like to mess around casually without feeling uncomfortable and we'd be open to our roommate doing the same. Of course, an open conversation on boundaries is a must have.

Major point; must love dogs. We have 2, beautiful pups, 3.5 and 4.5 years old. Both German Shepard mixes. The younger one is a bit of an annoyance at times with his yapping, but otherwise both well behaved, potty trained, and crate trained. Open to welcoming your pet as well, as long as everyone gets along.

Rent is $1000. This includes all utilities except electric, which we split evenly three ways right now, but open to negotiation on that. Includes access to a couple streaming services, Internet, and if you're nice, my gaming consoles.

The room is about 300sq ft, the house just over 1000 sq ft. We have our own full bath on suite and there is a full bath in the hallway right next to the room. Full disclosure, we have an issue with our shower currently and while we look into getting it fixed, we've been using the shower in the hallway as well. Shouldn't be an issue within a couple months while we save up for the repairs. Very spacious kitchen and living room. We love to cook and have movie nights, so we are in the shared space a lot. But if you ever want to chill alone, just ask! We have a fenced yard with garden beds and a patio. We're located near the end of the street in our neighborhood. Quick access to everything. Within 3 minutes, you're on 70 heading into the mountains or on 6th heading into Denver. 5 minute drive to downtown Golden. Lots of trails and hiking nearby. The community includes two pools, open access to all residents and guests.
