I'm looking for a someone to sublease the master bedroom in the 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse that I rent. The room has a private bathroom and will be available from June 1 to August 31. It will have a bed with storage, desk, and closet space (decor is current resident's and will be removed). It is located off of Quaker St and is a short trip to both the National Lab of the Rockies and Colorado School of Mines. King Soopers, Southridge Park, and South Table are within walking distance.

There is one garage spot and two outside reserved spots for parking total. The house also just received a new AC system. The other residents are both male Mines graduates in their mid twenties, and we have a cat.

Electricity, water, garbage, and WiFi will be split evenly between residents, which totals $85 on average per person.
