Looking for roomate

I have a room that I need to fill in my house as soon as possible. 1250$ per month, located two blocks north of downtown town golden on arapahoe road. No deposit needed

The room is unfurnished in a 3 bed two bath. (Private bathroom)

The area is very safe and quiet. Bed rooms are equipped with air conditioning carpet and walk in closets. Streaming in the living room is set up Disney, Hulu, Netflix and espn ready to use.

Currently I am the only renter in the house. 31 year old male. I’m not a partier and prefer to keep the house a quiet place to relax. I can’t have any pets here however if you love dogs the landlords pup comes over almost every day to say hello and receive belly rubs. I’m largely into anything outdoors like skiing, hiking, hunting and tennis/ pickleball.

The Details:

• Rent: $1250

• Utilities: about $100 month per person

• Internet: $25/month per person

• Deposit: $0

• Bathroom: private bathroom attached to the bed rooms.

• Lease: 12 months preferred but can be flexible

•parking: parking in drive way behind the house and parking on the street for when there are large snow storms.

•storage: storage shed on property. I mostly use for it for gardening supplies.
