Looking for a renter/roommate for my home in Golden! Ground level walk-out basement with own entrance in a 4bd/4 bath house in Golden with 1,000sqft of private space located just south of South Table Mountain.

A bit about me: I’m 36. I went to school at UT in Austin and Master’s at CU Boulder. I work at Lockheed Martin as an Engineering Sr Manager. I ski 30+ days a year and am a volunteer ski patroller at Loveland. I also mountain bike, golf, and play ultimate. During the week, I’m out of the house from ~730am-6pm at work.

Why I’m renting: It seems silly to have such a large house that is 50% unused. I’ve always had roommates and enjoy sharing space/experiences with others.
