This is a private room (newly renovated) in a house on Golden Gate Canyon road. The rent includes all utilities, WiFi and one free parking space. It's located right next to the Centennial Cone Park, about minutes from the bottom of the Golden Gate Canyon road. Gorgeous area,
bikinghiking trails in walking distance. The property is on a acres of land you can walk, exercise on. The area is safe, peaceful, quiet with gorgeous mountain views.

Bathroom will be shared with one other tenant. Looking for someone quiet, clean, drama free. No guest allowed. No animals allowed. Kitchen will be shared and limited to ampm use only. Laundry on site.

First, last month and security deposit required upon move in. You will be sharing the house with other roommates % of the time. My husband and I travel A LOT for work, so just hoping to rent out the extra bedrooms to help with the mortgage. We are not home % of the time, it will be you and two other tenants sharing this property.
