Luxurious home in beautiful, safe neighborhood

I have a fully furnished room for rent in my Home. I’m looking for one roommate only. Background check and credit check are required. My home is located in one of the most highly desired neighborhoods in the Denver metro area - Mesa Meadows in Golden. This is a $1.4 million home and is gorgeous inside and out with Mountain Views galore. Rent includes a private bedroom, private bathroom, private small office w/fridge, garage parking, and shared rest of home. Rent includes all utilities, high-speed Internet, cable television, several video streaming services, and maid service every other week. This home also includes a huge back deck with large jacuzzi and water feature - it’s like a private vacation oasis on the side of the mountain. This home and deck has spectacular views, great furnishing, a gas grille, and updated appliances. I clean the jacuzzi and take care of the lawn/landscaping - which is exceptional. I do have a border collie mix dog who is very friendly. You must get along well with dogs to live here. No heavy drinkers please- I just quit last year. No problem smoking anything you want - outside. I am a three minute drive from downtown or a 15 min walk. Well maintained Trails out the front door go all over Golden and all around North Table Mountain . This is a place for somebody who appreciates quality, the finer things in life, beauty, and values safety.
