Luxurious home in beautiful, safe neighborhood

I have a fully furnished bedroom with a furnished private office w/refrigerator, and a private bathroom for rent in my Home. The rest of the home is shared with me. Included with rent - all Utilities, high speed Internet, garage parking, several streaming video services, jacuzzi, and housecleaning service every other week. I take care of the lawn, landscaping, and clean the HotTub weekly. I’m looking for one roommate only - occasional stay over of a friend is fine. Criminal background check and credit check are required. My home is located in one of the most highly desirable neighborhoods in the Denver metro area - Mesa Meadows in Golden. This is a $1.5 million home and is gorgeous inside and out with Mountain Views galore. This home includes a huge back deck with a large jacuzzi and massive water feature - it’s like a private vacation oasis on the side of the mountain. This home and deck have spectacular views, great furnishing, a gas grille, 4k TV’s, various streaming services, garage parking, a new bed, small fridge in your office, and updated kitchen appliances. I do have a border collie mix dog who is very friendly. You must get along very well with my dog to live here. No daily drinkers please- I just quit a year ago. No problem smoking anything you want - But Outside only. I am a three minute drive or a beautiful 15 min walk down the trail to historic downtown Golden. Well maintained trails/sidewalks right out the front door that go all over Golden and around North Table Mountain . I spend most of my time in the basement watching television, doing yoga, meditating, and exercising. You will usually have the upstairs TV and entertainment center to yourself- at least during most evenings and weekends. I do testify in court over the phone on the main floor in my office 2-4 days a week for 1-6 hours a day. I need absolute quiet during these times. It’s approximately a 20 minute drive to Denver or 25 min to Boulder and 15 min to Red Rocks Amphitheater. House rules - the kitchen must be cleaned up immediately after any activity, leave a room the way you found it, rent will be provided before the first of the month (PayPal, check, or cash).
