I'm a working professional (38 M) looking for roommates to help fill the space in the house I own. My 4 year old son will be at the house approximately 3 days per week (upstair w/ me).

I have one normal sized room for $1750/month and/or a finished basement with private bathroom for $2500/month. Couples are welcome (and preferred for basement) and rent will be adjust accordingly for an additional person. The house is mainly finished but it still undergoing some smaller renovations - it's only getting nicer. There is a large shop for parking/storage and the property sits on 2 acres of land. There is also a large deck, hot tub and koi pond to further enjoy the outdoor space. All the homes in the neighborhood are in the $1,000,000+ price range and it's a great place to live. Looking for respectable professionals who will respect the space and enjoy living out of the craziness in Denver.
