Private bath and in unit W/D

This is a listing for a bedroom with a private bath in an apartment with a single Roomate, in Ezlyn in Westminster. The complex offers is a workout room, pool, gas grills and a hot tub open year round! There is a bed grooming room with large washing station as well, if you have a dog.

If you have one quiet and friendly dog, we could negotiate bring them with you after a meet and greet! OR if you when a mellow older cat who would stay in your room, that could be ok. Only one. Not both.
There would be a pet deposit and you would need to provide proof of up to date rabies shots. Sorry- but no other pets would be considered.

I am a forty year old woman who is positive, consider it and seeking the same in a housemate. I have a two year old lab mix and a short hair three year old cat. I enjoy quiet time and rest when I’m home due to some immune system issues, but am friendly an considerate when around others. Seeking someone mellow to join my restful home. I am very allergic to perfumes and chemical fragrances due to my disability called G6PD deficiency. So if you wear cologne or perfume it can’t be applied in the house. Natural or unscented lotions work but not the bath and body shop type scented lotions. Unscented laundry products only in the home laundry room.
I'm enjoy occasional time in my room with my boyfriend. And hour or two a few times a month, before quiet hours. Seeking someone who won't be bothered by that. Offering the same. Occasional time with a significant other in our private space, but mostly keeping the home a space free of guests.
My dog is a sweetheart and is very smart/easy to train if you are consistent with her!

There is plenty of space for you to put your furniture in the common space. You can add a desk in the dining room if you need that, as well.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. So you can help yourself.
