One 12x12 Bedroom - New Townhouse in Interlocken

Single, mid 30's, male, new home owner, looking for a roommate or couple to take the 3rd story bedroom which is 12' x 12' bedroom with large walk-in closet and private bathroom.

The townhouse is located in the Interlocken area of Broomfield, 2 minutes away from US 36, the property is called Grandvue Townhomes. They are brand new and I am currently still moving in and getting settled over the next few weeks. A roommate can move in as soon as 10/18. Cost is $1,500 per month and includes all utilities (water, gas, electric, 1GB fiber internet, and Netflix, Prime, YoutubeTV on the living room TV). Depending on the size of your car, parking inside the two car garage is included if you can fit, otherwise, you will need to park outside.

A little more about the property: first floor includes a bedroom which is my office I work from and a 2 car attached garage. Second floor is the kitchen, dining area, living room, utility closet, and half bath. Kitchen includes all new appliances including a gas range and oven. Large balcony facing West where I will have a Blackstone gas grill within the next month. 3rd floor is your bedroom with walk-in closet and private bath (tub/shower combo), laundry room with washer/dryer, and my bedroom with closet and private master bath. Your bedroom window faces East-northeast. Your bedroom is actually slightly larger than mine, but my bath is bigger. Thermostat, doorbell, and garage door are all on the WiFi and you can link them to your phone.

A little more about me: I'm 35, male, single, work mostly remote from home, don't drink or smoke. I occasionally have my families 8yo yellow labrador sleep over, but no other pets, and even that can be negotiated if there is an allergy or aversion. I'm pretty easy going and fairly quiet, looking for a similarly easy going roommate to share the space and help me offset some of my mortgage costs. I'm open to various lengths of stay, but ideally would be looking for someone to commit for around a year.
