The home was completely renovated about two years ago, including new appliances, fresh paint, and updates throughout. It features spacious common areas, a large backyard with a patio, and everything you need to feel right at home!

About Your Roommates:

You'll be sharing the home with four women in their 20s and 30s who all get along really well! Everyone is a working professional, respectful of each other's space, and enjoys a friendly, relaxed living environment.

Although the bathroom is shared with two other roommates, everyone has different schedules and respects each other's privacy, so sharing the space has worked out really well :)

I'm hoping to find someone who fits in with the existing household dynamic and enjoys a comfortable, peaceful place to call home.

About Me:

I'm a working professional in sales and also own and manage a few rental properties around the Denver area. I've actually lived in all of my homes myself, so they're very special to me, and I take a lot of pride in maintaining them and making sure my tenants have a great living experience

I moved to Colorado from Florida about five years ago and absolutely love it here! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, playing tennis, country swing dancing, and spending quality time with friends and family. I really value relationships and enjoy bringing together great people who make a house feel like a home.

About the Neighborhood:

The house is located in an amazing, quiet residential neighborhood in Arvada, CO. It's only about five minutes from Olde Town Arvada, which has tons of cute restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and local businesses. It's a great location if you enjoy having easy access to Denver, Golden and Boulder while still living in a peaceful neighborhood.

Transportation:

About 20 minutes to Downtown Denver, 20 minutes to Boulder and Golden, and 30 minutes to Denver International Airport. Convenient access to major highways makes getting around the Denver metro area easy.

Utilities:

$75/mo flat rate in addition to rent.

Lease:

6+ months, with a preference for 12+ months. I'm hoping to find someone who wants to settle into a comfortable home and stay for a while!
