This room is in an older house conveniently located near the Sheridan Park & Ride station and RTD routes, with shopping nearby.

Rooms & Amenities
Unfurnished rooms are the default, though basic furniture can be added upon request for a small monthly increase in rent. The primary bedroom includes a half bath with a sink and toilet. The other two bedrooms are smaller and share the main bathroom exclusively. The main bathroom is used by everyone living on the main floor. Limited off-street parking is available. Utilities included: heat, AC, electricity, wifi, water, trash, recycling.

Preferred Housemates
We are looking for quiet, responsible housemates who are either employed or students. This is a female-preferred household. A clean background check is required, and references are preferred. Must be consistent about cleaning up after self.

House Rules
There is a strict no-smoking policy both inside the house and on the property. No male overnight guests, no recreational drugs, no marijuana, no excessive alcohol consumption and no drama.

Pets
The house has two cats, so no additional uncaged pets are allowed. Snakes, spiders, and any exotic or dangerous pets are not permitted.

Landlord
The landlord is an older woman who is religious and professional. She lives in the basement with her two cats.
