Hello! We will soon have one bedroom available in a quiet Arvada neighborhood.

We've lived together on and off for the last 7 years and get along great! We are looking for someone who seeks to live in peace with their roommates and who is emotionally stable- no violence, aggression, screaming, etc. We would also prefer no partying, smoking, drugs, etc.

We do have a dog and would prefer no additional pets. We are also leaning towards a woman renter, but the right man would also be considered.

There's street parking in front of the house and access to the common areas of the house. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement and a beautiful backyard for use.

We're looking for a good fit for us, but we also want to be a good fit for you!
