2 Rooms for Rent in Spacious Arvada Townhome

We have two open bedrooms available June 1, 2026. It’s a spacious townhome located about 10 minutes from Old Town Arvada, with convenient access to everyday essentials like King Soopers, Target, walking trails, and public transportation. Both bedrooms are in the basement. Bedroom 1 is the biggest room in the home with an egress window and a large closet for $875. Bedroom 2 is straight forward with a mirrored closet and dark lighting, which is great for those who like to sleep in or work overnights. There is a shared bathroom on the main floor of the house. Rent includes internet, trash, and water. Xcel is paid separately amongst housemates.

There are four people in the home currently with two leaving at the end of the month. The two staying are working professionals in our upper twenties. Both of us have pets and as much as we love our furry friends, we’d like to cap it there, but you’ll be sure to get plenty of animal love included.

We maintain a respectful, easygoing household, and value a balance between socializing and personal space. The vibe at home is clean, calm, and considerate.
