Large bedroom in basement of the house with an egress window and big closet. Rent includes in unit washer/dryer, central air, internet, trash, water, and ample parking + townhome amenities such as a pool and tennis courts. Xcel is paid separately amongst housemates each month (seems to average $30-45 depending on the season). There is a separate living room space downstairs as well with a shared bathroom on the main floor.

We're located 10 min from Old Town Arvada and have convenient access to everyday essentials like King Soopers, Target, public transportation and tons of walking trails.
There are two of us in the house currently. We're both working women in our upper twenties that love to hike, camp, craft, volunteer, cook, travel, and more. Both of us have pets (2 dogs and 1 very vocal senior cat) and as much as we love our furry friends, we’d like to cap it there, but you’ll be sure to get plenty of animal love included.
