Looking for single mom (or couple) with kid/s

We are needing a roommate or a couple with a kid/s. We have a large living space downstairs with a private large bathroom and a good sized room. The room is occupied right now but all of it will b moved out once a roommate is chosen. The stuff in the living space will b moved out and if u have ur own couch we can move it or it can stay if u would like. I have a home gym in one of the rooms downstairs that we are open to sharing with our new roommate. We preferably would like someone who already has a kid/s or is really good with kids or has experience living with kids because we have kids ourselves. We had a roommate move out and are needing to find someone we get along with and feel comfortable living downstairs.
