My roommate and I are looking for a third housemate to fill an extra bedroom we have available right now.

1 private room available, with bathroom, living, dining, and kitchen shared with 1 other roommate. Room is upstairs/ground level. A second roommate lives in finished basement downstairs. Laundry onsite and shared between all 3.

Utilities (power, gas, trash, water, internet) split evenly and average ~130-160/mo per person.

Off street parking available.

House is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and public transit.

About us:
- Mid-30s, steady employment, lgbtq, friendly.
- Downstairs roommate works from home and keeps to himself.
- Upstairs roommate has 2 cats. Downstairs has a cat and dog (who stay down there)
