The home is a fully equipped newer urban duplex with a side and front porch overlooking a large park. Driveway parking. I am the primary tenant and resident landlord with a spare room for one. No pets or smoking.

This is a women preferred rental offer. I am an active retiree who enjoys sharing my home with the right fit and Colorado's open spaces.
