We have two rooms available- one available now and the other on March 1. The house is located in a great area in Arvada just 3 mins from Old Town, 15 mins to downtown Denver, 5 mins to I-70 and I-25 for easy access to the mountains or getting anywhere around the Denver area.

House: 
-5 bed, 3 bath (3/2 upstairs, 2/1 downstairs) 
-2 full kitchens and living rooms!
-Living rooms furnished
-Nice sized backyard with grill and patio furniture

Available rooms:
One room upstairs and one downstairs. Both rooms share a bathroom with 1 other person.

Current roommates:
3 professional guys in their mid-20s. Various interests from outdoor hobbies to gaming and everything in between.
All are easy-going and considerate roommates! 

Details:
-$800 for smaller upstairs bedroom (available March 1), $825 for larger downstairs room (available now)+ utilities 
-Utilities are split equally among housemates
-Rooms are for single occupancy only
-No pets or smoking, please
- Leases through May 2026 with the ability to resign
-Clean background check and no evictions or unpaid rent in last 7 years
 -Income 2x rent
-Security deposit = 1 month rent
