I am renting my 2 bedroom/1 bath condo temporarily while I live in the mountains. I can offer flexible lease terms starting April 1st (including month-to- month). This unit will be rented fully furnished. Pets are allowed with a $300 pet deposit and no pet rent.

This unit is in an ideal location right next to the Little Dry Creek trail, across the street from a grocery store and shops as well as Lake Arbor. Friendly neighbors occupy a safe neighborhood. Denver, Golden and Boulder are 20 minutes away with quick access to US 36 and I-76 highways.

The unit features an updated kitchen, new appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, a walk-in master closet, outdoor storage, and one covered parking spot. The community has a swimming pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day and the HOA covers snow removal.

This is an upstairs unit with a private deck (no yard). Tenant would be responsible for paying utilities and wi-fi.
