Room by Stenger Park

This is a 3000 sq. ft house with 850 sq ft deck, large sunroom, large living room, and large media room once I'm done with some of the basement renovations. I have a 12x12, $730 all utilities included and the other is a walkout in the basement. There is 1 dog on-site (owner's choice that it stays in its room, medium size) and 1 cat. I'm on the road touring for a game I made so I will be home in December and a few weeks next year with my 25 pound shiba inu.

We have a tankless water heater so we don't run out. There are 4 bathrooms so there is plenty of access. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of ninjas and other appliances and 2 microwaves, and we have a full size all refrigerator, a full size fridge freezer, there is a full size fridge in the walkout basement studio, a 3/4 fridge/freezer in the master, a mini fridge in the sunroom, and one mini fridge for one of the rooms for rent. We also have a dedicated full size upright freezer. The sunroom and media rooms have theater seating. The sunroom has a 75" TV, gas fireplace, theater seating, and a long table for entertaining. The media room has a 75" 8k tv, the sunroom has a 65" 4k tv, and the living room has a 65" UHD tv. Our WiFi has gone as fast as 600 MBPs on my laptop and our land lines to each room have a total push of 1.4G, so we have great internet. There are 7 spaces for parking in the driveway. The yard is rough as it will be another year or two before I resod. I'm working on plans to build a sunroom on the deck with a rooftop deck. We have a great vibe of long term tenants. The washer and dryer is all-in-one so you don't have to switch appliances, but it is ventless to it takes longer for loads to complete.
