Hello! We’re looking for a new roommate to join our home in Arvada. The space available is on the third floor — a peaceful area with plenty of space and tons of natural sunlight.

About the Lease

• 6-month lease: November 2025 – April 2026
• Rent: $1,200/month + utilities (typically around $100/month)
• Sorry, no pets (and none have ever lived here)

About the Space

Our home, built in spring 2023, is a modern 3-story house filled with natural light with a great open floor plan and lots of living space. There’s a south-facing deck on the third floor that overlooks a pond and walking path that connects to Van Bibber Open Space - perfect for walks, runs, or bike rides straight from the house.

The house has a great layout – there are two full living rooms, both with big couches and TVs, a nice kitchen, two locations for a home office (neither of which is being used, and we have extra desks if you need one), and a massive south facing deck.

Your room is the only bedroom on the floor, and you’ll have your own full bathroom that’s directly across from your bedroom door (in the photos, there are pictures of your room empty and your room with a queen size bed in it with a teal bedspread). It’s an awesome setup for anyone working remotely or who values both privacy and community. The room can be set up furnished or unfurnished depending on what you'd prefer!

There’s also a 2-car garage, and one of the spaces would be open to you.

About Us

We’re a group of easygoing professionals in our early to mid-30s who value a calm, comfortable home.

• Ryan loves rock climbing, mountain biking, video games, and is a low-key cribbage master.

• Marisa enjoys crocheting, watching movies, and is currently learning woodworking and glasswork.

• Vishak (our part-time roommate) is usually in the state of Washington and only visits occasionally — he’s into movies and all things tech.

We like our alone time but also enjoy hanging out; whether it’s playing a game, watching a movie, or hosting a small get-together. If you’re looking for a quiet, friendly, and welcoming space where you can truly relax and be yourself, this is the perfect fit.
