Master suite in Peaceful Home

Seeking a mature female housemate for a quiet, friendly home in a beautiful Arvada neighborhood next to Majestic View Park.

The space available is the master bedroom with private bath and includes:
• Bright south facing bedroom
• Private bathroom with shower
• Private deck
• Closet
• Washer / Dryer on same level

The home itself is bright and comfortable with a large yard, peaceful surroundings, and wonderful neighbors. We are located about 10 minutes from I-70, with easy access to Denver or the mountains.

You would share the home with two friendly women, plus a well-behaved dog and two cats.

I am semi-retired and travel frequently. I enjoy cooking, meditation, and staying active. The other housemate is a 30 year old friendly and cheerful woman working from home in her private space. We both value a calm, respectful, and drama-free home environment.

We are looking for someone who would enjoy making this a comfortable home rather than just a place to sleep.

Rent: $1100/month
Security deposit: $1000
