Seeking a mature female housemate for a quiet, friendly home in a beautiful Arvada neighborhood next to Majestic View Park.

The space available functions like a small private suite and includes:
• Bedroom (9.5' x 11')
• Separate study / office (9.5' x 11')
• Private bathroom with tub
• Closet in each room
Having both a bedroom and separate study makes this space ideal for someone who works from home, enjoys creative pursuits, or simply appreciates a little extra personal space.

The home itself is bright and comfortable with a large yard, peaceful surroundings, and wonderful neighbors. We are located about 10 minutes from I-70, with easy access to Denver or the mountains.

You would share the home with two friendly women (both 50+), plus a well-behaved dog and two cats.

I am semi-retired and travel frequently. I enjoy cooking, meditation, and staying active. The other housemate is a retired professional and artist who spends a lot of time out and about. We both value a calm, respectful, and drama-free home environment.

We are looking for someone who would enjoy making this a comfortable home rather than just a place to sleep.

Rent: $1050/month
Security deposit: $1000
Utilities: 1/3 share (typically $100–$120 depending on season)
Application fee: $45 for background and credit check
Move-in date is flexible.

Rent may be reduced slightly for occasional help with pets or light house tasks if that is of interest.

Optional: Garage space for a small car available for an additional fee.
