Small Basement Room by Stenger Park

Hi, my house is 3000 sq ft with lots of space and setup for multiple roommates. 13'x9.5'. Price includes utilities and the lease is month to month. The closet is about 54". There is a wall mounted workspace for a laptop, about 30" wide.

The house has 1.4 Gig Internet with 180 MB wifi, a Media Room with 75" TV, a large sunroom with a 65" TV, and a 850 sq ft deck over the garage, which has a cable drop for outside tv.

The kitchen has a large refrigerator freezer, plus a refrigerator only and we have lots of dinner and cookware.

The living room is cozy with couch and sectional seating, plus a small table for 2 to sit at while watching a 55" TV. While we have a typical bathroom upstairs, the 2 downstairs bathrooms have spa-like, digital showers with multiple heads.

There are 4 bathrooms but 1 is a master and we have large capacity, high end laundry appliances. The driveway fits 7 vehicles, each having their own access to get in and out.

The roomies usually tend to stay in their rooms, but we do socialize, and I have board games and dinner socials. Here we are no smoking or drugs and any drinking is pretty rare. I expect people to recycle as it also helps with trash.

Being on the RTD 52/100 line we also have the Arvada G Line Light rail station a few minutes away, so we are convenient to many places, especially downtown, Regis University, and Auraria Campus.

I'm open to talking about pets but I only have a fenced side yard with access from the outside. It will be next year before I finish fencing the backyard. Pet Optional - open to discussion, side of house is fence enclosed, but the back yard is not fully enclosed. grass has to be re-established. I have a 2 year old Shiba Inu and there is a roommate's cat here.
