ABOUT ME:
Hi! I am a 40 yr old female. I work from home and spend most of my time here reading, listening to audiobooks, cooking simple meals, and hanging out with my sweet little dog (who I talk to like she understands every word, because maybe she does). I'm introverted and love a quiet, peaceful home, but I enjoy occasional social time, especially if it involves a good board game or a walk at the park (just around the corner).

I rarely watch TV and rarely have guests over—this home is my sanctuary. My dog is small, very loving, and generally gets along well with other dogs (yours is welcome if they are well-trained and low-shedding)

The house does have AC, though I rarely use it. I prefer fresh air and keeping things as natural as possible. In the winter, I like to keep the space warm and cozy. That said, the lower level where you'll be living stays naturally cooler year-round, so if you prefer a cooler environment, it’s quite comfortable down there.

I do my best to keep the home running smoothly, but as any homeowner knows, things always come up—so someone who doesn’t mind pitching in with basic upkeep now and then would be deeply appreciated. I won't ask you to be doing a bunch of chores but if you want to help out occasionally with thing like mowing the grass, shoveling the driveway, minor repairs, that would be great. It is a team effort to keep a home!

All in all, I think I am easy to get along with but I will be picky about who I think would be right for the space. I am sensitive to others' energy so if it doesn't sound like we have basic similarities, it is likely not a good fit.
