Snow removal is unpredictable, so if you have to be somewhere on a regular basis this is probably not the place for you. You would have one bedroom and full bath to yourself. Couples welcome, but monthly rent would increase to $1200 per month to allow for increased propane use. Balcony, hot tub, and spectacular views of Mt. Blue Sky. Reliable, high-speed internet supports virtual meetings and streaming. Laundry on-site. No garage. Renters should be in good health, clean, quiet, appreciative of Colorado wildlife, respectful of the environment, and enjoy the outdoors.
