I am the Owner/Property Manager of this newly remodeled house seeking a conscious, dependable, trustworthy, respectful, easy-going, clean tenant.

Currently It's just myself who occupies the property. I am looking for someone I can vibe with when I’m here, and who can hold down the fort when I’m gone because I travel often.

I am seeking a tenant:

-Who is in a similar stage of life.

-That truly values awareness, integrity, honesty, and courtesy.

-Who will treat my house as the sanctuary that it is.

I am a 37 year s old artist, yogi, and entrepreneur. My party days are behind me, but I still love music and dance! I rarely have people over, and if I do it’s either to cook a meal, practice yoga, play pool, or watch a movie.

This house has a very positive energy I have spent years cultivating, and I need another tenant who truly understands the value in this.

Location is very peaceful, safe, secluded, and has some great trailheads and parks just a stone's throw away!

I have been renting rooms out of this house for 10 years, and have had many happy tenants come and go.

(If you practice things that raise your vibe up often we will definitely get along just fine, and maybe even make some great memories!)
