Beautiful new (2022) home in a well-kept Colorado Springs neighborhood just minutes from Peterson Space Force Base, Shriever, Fort Carson, and shopping, parks, and dining! The house has several large social areas and plenty of natural light. You’ll have access to lots of shared space including a roomy kitchen, living room, finished basement, loft, and laundry room. Non-smoking property and no pets. Four FULL bathrooms in the house!

The neighborhood is safe, family-friendly, and centrally located - an easy commute to Peterson, Schriever, downtown, and I-25. Outdoor lovers have nearby trail access, parks, and open space. Rent includes utilities (internet, water, gas, electric, and trash) to make life simpler.

I’m active-duty military and a homeowner who values a clean, respectful, low-drama living environment. The house is well maintained. During the week, things are typically quiet and relaxed.

I’m also a casual nerd, enjoying board/video games, and occasionally hosting friends for game nights or a D&D session. It’s never a party house, but there are social evenings here and there. If you’re into that kind of thing, you’re welcome to join. I’ve been really lucky in the past with many roommates who share interests and participate.

I’m looking for someone responsible, financially stable, and considerate of shared spaces. Cleanliness and communication matter. Common areas are shared and kept tidy. This would be a great fit for another professional or military member who wants a comfortable home environment that balances downtime with the occasional fun social night.
