High-speed Wi-Fi is included, so whether you’re working, streaming, or gaming, you’ll stay connected. The basement stays comfortably temperature-controlled year-round, making it a great place to live in any season.

The shared basement living area is a great hangout spot with comfy furniture, gaming, and a 65” TV loaded with streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Paramount+, Apple TV, Hulu, and Peacock—perfect for relaxing or movie nights.

You’ll also have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen with granite countertops and modern appliances, including a gas stove/oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, and coffee maker. There’s a dining area nearby that’s great for meals, board games, or just hanging out.

Laundry is available in the home, making everyday life easy. The basement is accessed through the home’s main entrance, which is secured with a security system for everyone’s peace of mind.

About our family:
Retired Army Veteran and loving couple raising twin teenage boys and a teenage girl. Our home is more than just a place to live; it's a warm and welcoming space where everyone's contributions make it feel like a family. We enjoy movie nights, video/board games, dinners at the dining room table, football, soccer, and volleyball while also respecting each other's privacy and personal space.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a housemate who is friendly, responsible, tidy, considerate of shared spaces, and communicates openly and respectfully. Someone who enjoys occasional interactions and gatherings, but also values personal downtime. It's important to us that our new roommate is responsible with rent, and willing to contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and positive atmosphere of our home. We're a family who value a harmonious living environment where everyone feels respected and at ease.

Lease terms:
Lease duration is either 6 or 12-months.
Refundable Security Deposit of $800 due upon execution of lease, plus pro-rated 1st month rent
$800 monthly due on the 1st of the month.
No pets allowed
