Hi my name is Bo and I have a bedroom available. Cozy normal sized bedroom with a shared bathroom with one other person available on May 15, 2026 for $850. My roommates have the upstairs and I reside downstairs. There is security alarm and cameras for our safety. I don’t allow any drugs or alcohol in my home or on my property. This includes marijuana whether you have a medical card or not. If you do drink or smoke weed please do it away from my home and not in excess. I don’t allow overly impairment/drunkenness at all. It’s a disruption to the peacefulness of my home. My home is a respectful home and a friendly environment. We eat together sometimes and we respect each other’s privacy/space. My home is big enough where we don’t run into each other. We do tend to hang out in the kitchen/dining room together and laugh. My home is very inviting and cozy. If you have company please let everyone know so that we are dressed appropriately. Downtown is 10 mins away and the neighborhood is very quiet. Restaurants and shopping is close. Parking on the street in front of the house. I have a huge backyard and patio. Smoking outside only. I look forward to meeting my new roommate.
